What is the minimum opening deposit?

The minimum opening deposit for a Share Certificate is $500.

For a Jumbo Certificate, it is $50,000 and for a Super Jumbo Certificate, it is $100,000.

Can I make additional deposits on this account?

Deposits are restricted until the certificate matures (e.g. until the term is over).

What are the rules for withdrawals?

Interest can be paid out monthly. There is a dividend penalty if a member withdraws any principal prior to maturity. Early withdrawal penalties do not apply to withdrawals made after the death of any owner of the account.
